⚖️ Terms of Service

The following terms and conditions govern the use and sale on our website. These terms and conditions may be revised. You can purchase our products through the online store.

  • All merchandise will remain our property until payment is completed.
  • El Ombligo Store reserves the right to cancel, hold, or investigate any suspicious order, even if it may affect the delivery time.
  • No other forms of payment are accepted other than those detailed.
  • El Ombligo Store reserves the right to minor deviations in material, color, weight, or manufacturing from how they appear on the website. This also includes typographical errors, prices, and stock changes.
  • Any attempt at fraud will be reported to the police.

🚚 Deliveries

The order will be sent to the address entered during data registration. All orders are delivered on Fridays each week. This means that any purchase made during the week will be sent the following Friday.

 

  • We have in stock everything that can be purchased in the online store.
  • If you change your mind about your order, contact us immediately at Customer Service.
  • Damaged products must be reported through our Customer Service.
  • In case of return, the responsibility for the products lies with the customer.

You have the following options:

All payments will be charged in Lempiras or US dollars.

 

When using a credit card payment is made immediately.

 

You will receive a tracking number by email when you place your order.

 

All credit card information is encrypted and protected.

El Ombligo Store reserves the right to cancel, hold or investigate any suspicious order, even if this could affect delivery time.

👌Shipping Policies

  1. Each order placed is prepared for the customer and shipped on Thursday of each week.
  2. Orders are delivered on Fridays nationwide.
  3. Each customer receives an email with the tracking number to follow their package. If the package does not arrive, but the tracking indicates otherwise (confirmed delivery), El Ombligo de América will verify the delivery with the shipping company. This information will be used as proof of delivery.
    The customer can also file a claim directly with us for any unforeseen issues.

All orders are handled and shipped from our warehouse in Honduras. Please allow additional time for your order to be processed during vacations and sales seasons. We process orders Sunday through Thursday. Orders will be processed within 1 to 2 business days from the date of purchase and will be shipped to delivery on Thursdays. Please note that we do not ship on weekends.

All orders are processed at the time of purchase. Once confirmed and processed, they are prepared and shipped to scheduled deliveries on Thursdays, all orders are delivered on Fridays.

The prices of the t-shirts already include the 15% tax in the final price. Shipping nationwide has a price of Lps. 100.00 (includes all Honduran territory).

👌Return Policy

  1. You have the right to return a product for a full refund or exchange for another product within 5 days of receipt.

  2. If you change your mind about a product you must contact Customer Service within this period.

  3. We will not be able to accept the return of products that have been damaged, stained or used.

  4. There is no refund for discounted products, only the possibility to exchange them or receive a voucher for their price.

  5. If the product is defective, damaged, or if the return is due to an error on our part, shipping costs will be refunded or covered by us. If the return is due to a customer error, the shipping cost will NOT be refunded.

  6. If the product is defective, damaged or if the return is due to an error on our part, the shipping costs will be refunded or at our expense.

  7. Please report the claim to our Customer Service before proceeding with the return, then return the product together with your proof of purchase to this address:
